Using AgentMemory
By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these terms and the Payment & Refunds policy. If you do not agree, do not use the paid service. AgentMemory provides local project-memory software with online account, licensing and billing services. Contact support@youragentmemory.com with questions.
Your account
Provide an email address you control, keep credentials private, and notify support of unauthorized use. Website sign-in is available across browsers and networks. Your plan allows one authorized desktop device per person. Sharing one seat between people or bypassing device controls is not permitted.
Plans and subscription periods
Individual costs USD $10 per month or $90 per year. Team costs USD $15 per month or $150 per year per member. Team owners manage seats and invitations; each member retains a private local workspace. Annual access is paid upfront. Aurpay purchases are prepaid and renew manually, without automatic charges.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of your project content. Import, capture and share only material you are authorized to use. Project content normally remains on your device; you decide when to share context with third-party AI tools. You are responsible for backups, backup passwords and reviewing generated context. AgentMemory is not a substitute for a full computer backup.
Permitted use
Do not attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, distribute malicious content through the service, interfere with its availability, exploit payment or download systems, or use it unlawfully. Local integrations must be configured by you and remain subject to the relevant third-party terms.
Service and changes
Features and supported versions may change as the product is maintained. We may restrict access when necessary to address account abuse, unlawful activity or security incidents, subject to applicable law. Material changes to paid terms will be communicated before applying to future purchases. Existing prepaid access is governed by the purchased term unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Payments, refunds and consumer rights
Purchases are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. The Payment & Refunds page explains renewal, network selection, incomplete payments and support. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third-party services and limits
Aurpay processes cryptocurrency checkout and confirmation. AI providers and optional local model software operate separately from AgentMemory. Network or third-party outages can delay online verification. Service descriptions are not a guarantee that every third-party integration or operating-system version will always be available.
Contact and disputes
Contact support@youragentmemory.com first with the account email and a description of the issue so we can investigate. These terms do not remove any consumer right to seek remedies through the courts or other authorities available under applicable law.
