Import selected files
The desktop accepts supported text and source files, including TXT, Markdown, C/C++, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python. Each selected file can be up to 5 MB; the total import file limit is 50 MB. Binary files are rejected.
Re-index a changed file
Import the same path again after editing the source file. Unchanged content is skipped; changed content updates the corresponding local record and creates a revision. AgentMemory does not continuously watch the source folder.
Restore the AgentMemory copy
Use revision history to restore an earlier imported version. This restores the record in the AgentMemory workspace, not the original file on your disk. Keep ordinary file backups for source files.
