Feature

Save and restore project memory checkpoints

A checkpoint captures the current AgentMemory records and task states in one project. Use it to inspect an earlier state or restore that project’s local memory.

Create a checkpoint

Choose a project, enter a checkpoint name, and save. The snapshot includes the project’s memories and task states as they exist at that moment. Checkpoints are stored in the local workspace.

Inspect before restoring

Open a checkpoint to view its saved records in read-only mode. Restoring replaces the current AgentMemory records for that project with the snapshot and restores task states.

A safety point is created first

Before restoration, AgentMemory creates a safety checkpoint of the current project state. Checkpoint restore changes AgentMemory data; it does not roll back or rewrite the original files on disk.
