Add a memory or decision directly, import a supported JSON conversation export, or select a text-based file. Each record has a title, kind, source, and body. A record body is limited to 5 MB.
Find prior work
Full-text search ranks matching records and shows up to 30 results. Search terms are treated as alternatives. You can search one project at a time, then open a result to review or edit it.
Keep changes recoverable
Editing a record saves its previous title and body in revision history. Restore a revision from the history view; the replaced version remains available as another revision.
