Create a project
Give a project a name of up to 100 characters. Choose a clear boundary, such as a product, course, or client engagement, so that searches return relevant material.
Add records
Create memories, decisions, and tasks directly. Import a supported conversation JSON file or selected text file into the chosen project. Record titles can be up to 300 characters and bodies up to 5 MB.
Keep project boundaries in mind
Full-text and semantic searches are scoped to one project. A checkpoint captures one project. The local MCP and extension also require a project selection for actions that read or add project content.
