Choose a compatible export
The importer reads text message content from supported JSON message fields. It does not import attachments, images, or other non-text material. Export formats can vary; check that the file contains message arrays before importing.
Import into a project
Choose a project in the desktop app and select the JSON export through Import. A file can be up to 50 MB, an individual conversation record up to 5 MB, and one export can contain up to 10,000 conversations.
Check the imported records
The importer converts supported messages into a local conversation record with speaker labels. It skips empty content and repeated title/body pairs. Review the results and remove material you do not want in the project.
